ok, miss know-it-all, I usually actually cook and bake from scratch, not rely on prepackaged stuff.  What I didn't know is whether you can actually roll that stuff out or whether the consistency would change from too much kneading.  Go back to your cream of mushroom soup casseroles - if you knew anything about real baking you'd know that working dough not meant to be worked is actually problematic.
