I think a lot of white people, paradoxically, say they want to avoid schools that are "too white," anyway. Of course, then they learn that there aren't unicorns shitting gold bricks in every classroom of a "diverse" school and come to realize that the Bennetton myth is just that. SES matters more than skin color in terms of achievement. [/quote]
