d) Last year you guys called us when there was such an accident and we cleaned him up
++ Vice principal says, that's a good idea, maybe we can call them when we have accidents

e) So are you saying the county has no service to support this and one of have to quit our job and be on stand by?
++ We'll call the SN division and find out ..was the answer

As the next steps -

a) we have lodged a complaint with the county, send the pictures as well. waiting for updates

b) We are looking for a special needs advocate in Northern Virginia. We would like this person to help us with all the SN related issues and be our advocate and represent us during school meetings/IEP sessions etc. All recommendations are appreciated!

Document all of this in a letter to all that were in the meeting. Start with "As we discussed at our meeting (date of meeting), 1, 2, 3,.  Please let us know if you have anything to add."    If they do not respond within one week, resend email again (including the original email) with SECOND REQUEST in the title and bcc the Superintendent of Schools.
