The OP wants some beautiful photos in a dress she probably paid and arm and a leg for. Who cares if it isn't on her wedding day? Actually it was a longtime tradition that bridal photos were done in a studio and NOT on the wedding day. Regardless, do what you want, OP! You don't need to ask anyone's permission.
