OP, the only long term way to make a change in your body is to re-evaluate your diet and exercise. Diet isn't something you do, it's something you have - the totality of what you eat and how much at the macro level. Maybe think about joining Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig for the group support, and pick a reliable exercise plan. I personally recommend Insanity and P90x, but those aren't really for beginners. Beachbody (no, I'm not a Beachbody coach, I don't sell any of their products) is a good place to start - I've gotten great results from some of their challenging workout series. [/quote]
