But you fail to realize that people with $200k income aren't free to live anywhere they want. Making that money requires you to live in a high expense area. That's why the income is so high in the first place.  You are being paid 4x cost of living (or whatever) just like a Sioux Falls person making $100k (or whatever). You have to burn a lot more money for the same quality of life. [/quote]
