I fall into the exact same category, not very hungry until 10/11 am, since I can remember and I never liked "breakfast food"-eggs, cereal, waffles etc...just not for me. I remember my mom giving me pizza, and Swanson turkey tv dinners (remember those?) for breakfast in elementary school. She wisely said "food is food". I would eat that because I really liked it. I don't force my 3 kids to eat breakfast (some days all they manage to have is chocolate milk!) because they generally have a 10 am snack at school, so I pack something substantial for then. I always felt like I had a secret about allowing my kids to go to school without a real breakfast. Happy to know, we are not alone. btw, my kids are great eaters (after 10 am), healthy and doing very well in school.
Sounds a lot like me! I always prefer dinner leftovers to cereal and if DD eats breakfast (she's often not hungry until closer to lunchtime), then she typically wants more "dinner" types of food too. I always offer her breakfast, but don't see the point of forcing her to eat if she's got no appetite. She doesn't snack to make up for it - just waits until the next meal.
