OP, I thought your post was entirely appropriate. You ask "Why are you here then"? I was there to help. at :39 I wrote "Get Thee to an Internist Fast". At 8:24 you say "These responses piss me off . . . it's 11:30 . . . .etc. At 8:30 I raised concern that you said the cyst did not move and suggested you go to an emergency room because in my experience growths that do not move (breast cancer x 5 in family) can be malignant and I wanted you to get this checked out fast. You were unhappy with the prior responses given and and I explained that in the past when i have suggested possible diagnoses (Crohn's disease, Marfarns, Williams Syndrome), invariably jerks who know less than I lecture me I have no right making suggestions on the internet which is exaclty what 10:17 does. Hence, my comment "you can't win". Which is why I won't try to help anyone anymore on this site, which is a pity because I have saved some lives in my many years on this planet. So the Assholes win. I will leave DCUM. But I was not criticizing you. I was criticizing the self-important very unhappy people on this site who skim it seeking for an opportunity to shoot someone down at every opportunity.
Awfully grandiose and a prime example of why people should not be offering diagnoses on the internet. I had breast cancer and my tumor moved. When I told my surgeon that I had read that breast cancer doesn't move, he said that is an old, outdated myth. Back in the day, breast cancer was diagnosed at a later stage when it was more likely to have attached to the chest wall. if you tell people that breast cancer doesn't move, you are spreading disinformation that could be dangerous. And the pubic bone isn't the breast. Which is all to say that you have a grand idea of your ability to save lives and offer up diagnoses on the internet willy-nilly, but what you've offered is pretty useless and OP is right to see a doctor. Finally, cancer is almost never a medical emergency. You should not go to the ER with a lump. A week won't make a difference. Again, you are wrong.
See? Proved my point again. "Grandiose and prime example of why not to give advice." OP, you wanted advice. You came to a notorious site to post. We said "get thee to doctor fast". Then you complain about the depth of responses and I explained why I don't like to diagnosis on this site, but said if it was still bugging you at 11:30 then go to an emergency room. Then whatever (free) advice is given is shot down and personal insults thrown at the poster trying to help. See above. And OF COURSE we know the breast isn't near the pubic bone. Are you insane? congrats to all of you. Never again. You aren't worth the time.
