The elementary school is Bealle and I have heard good things about that school.  That neighborhood is safe and family friendly and the houses range from middle to upper middle class.

Twinbrook is in 20851, so I don't think the house is in that neighborhood, but if it is, then the elementary school is Twinbrook ES and the neighborhood is simliar to the Maryvale neighborhood - solid middle class -  not upper.  I know someone (professional - 2 govt lawyer family) that live there and, while it gets a bad rap on this board, the neighborhood is quite nice.

There are a couple of other neighborhoods in Rockville, but they are zip code 20850 and not right off Viers Mill so the house would not be there.[/quote]
