I think it had to do with the fact that I could push more efficiently without the epidural (it was also my second baby, so that probably had something to do with it as well). I will talk about the pain though, it hurt like hell, but it was really quick (I got lucky and from the first contraction that i actually felt until baby being born was about 1.5 hours, but I was already in the hospital since I was supposed to be induced that morning). I felt awesome immediately after the birth, I could have walked to the PP room.[/quote]
