Is it possible to live in this area on less than $100,000 a year? Of course it is. A lot of people do it, myself included. Is it possible to live in this area on less than $100,000 a year while still buying luxury cars, weekend golf getaways, tailored suits, big restaurant meals and extracurricular activities? Probably not.
