Also, Zillow likely assumes regular upkeep. For people who put in super cheap fixtures or don't take care of their home, their homes will be overpriced.

Assuming you did all your work with permits, the county already knows you property values and have and will adjust taxes. Zillow has no bearing on taxes. You can update squarefootage in zillow.[/quote]
