How does he grill the chicken? Even I don't have a foolproof way to keep chicken moist. DS says his chicken on outdoor gas grill is tough but edible. [/quote] Yes, the chicken breasts on the grill can get tough. One trick is to marinate them for a couple of hours in bottled italian dressing. This helps them not dry out as much. Grilling breasts with the bones and skin is another option. It's a little more work to cook them on the grill but they dry out a lot less. [/quote]
