I want to know who your regular assistant is, and if there will be a short-term replacement, I want to know ahead of time. No friends/relatives randomly replacing you. I'm fine with relatives working together if it's on a regular basis, all are qualified, and I know who all of them are - but no "oh, sometimes my mom comes by if I need to run errands." Your nine-year old granddaughter is not an appropriate assistant (encountered this). [/quote]
