I don't have time for laziness or incompetence. If I had time for it, then I wouldn't need an assistant. I also don't have time for micromanaging-if that were the case I would just do everything myself as it would save time. That doesn't mean I am an unpleasant person. It just means I am not paying someone to small talk, surf the web, and take all day to do an hours worth of work. [/quote]
