I posted on another thread about the positive experiences we had with Lucky Dog, Homeward Trails, Lost Dog Rescue, Fairfax Co Humane Society and the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. From the time we started our search to the time we brought a dog home was about 1 month.[/quote]
