OP's budget exceeds a typical modest PH remodel (original house plus a modest addition, usually around 550K and does not cover either a major remodel (750K) or a new build.) Plus, as much as our location rocks, it does not rock for commute to Alexandria. There's no good way to get there from PH other than hitting the Beltway. [/quote]
