I would advise anyone who is entering the charter to just be aware of the feedback given on this thread. I know I was so happy and excited last year when we got in via the lottery so anyone reading this who is in that position now does not want to hear this but I would have wanted this info going in. I really do hope they improve and can get things together. It is a great idea, the execution is just not there yet, IMO.[/quote]
