Also I would want my mom to be right there in the first week simply because there is a deeper familiarity and I don't care if she sees me naked. I also wouldn't care if my house wasn't clean. MIL is awesome but I would feel an obligation to host that I would not with my own mom. And on that note (due to a small apartment) nobody came to help me at all and I managed just fine. [/quote]
