This is not a traditional red sauce, but it is the easiest and tastiest of them all (in the summer when the tomatoes are fresh). A pint of cherry or grape tomatoes, some olive oil, chopped fresh garlic and basil, give it a 15-20 second whirl in the food processor, thoss it in your pasta with maybe a bit more oil (and, if you like, some fresh ground pepper), and you're done. Also makes a great homemade pizza sauce. [/quote]
