Get out your muffin pan, cupcake pan whatever you call it. Put one egg in each of the spaces. I cook them for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Preheat the oven first.  Depending on your oven you might need to cut the time by 5 minutes or so. Some people just stick them on the oven racks and say it works out fine, but I have never tried it. You can put them in an ice bath when you take them out of the oven but  I never do, just let them cool for a few minutes, rinse them with water and put them in the fridge. There may be some brown spots on the shells when you take them out of the oven, they will rinse off. DH and I both think that they taste better than when I was boiling them. [/quote]
