He prefers being home. He is perfectly normal with family and his cousins etc. His mother would keep bugging him about going out and making friends etc. Finally, he told her he doesnt want to hang out with a bunch of guys (or douchebags, as he called them) that go around playing girls, having sex, doing drugs and getting drunk. After that his mother nvr bugged him again. The way I see it, take it as a compliment if your teenage child wants to stay at home or wants to hang out with you. I would rather have my teenager stay at home then be with the wrong crowd of people. PP is right, perhaps your daughter just hasnt clicked with anyone yet. Maybe she will in college. [/quote]
