Good luck.[/quote] +1 What you eat makes a big difference in how quickly you lose weight. Cut out sugar and bread, but keep olive oil, nuts and cheese in moderation. Eat lots of green vegetables - spinach, broccoli, kale, celery, wheatgrass juice, etc. Don't eat between meals regardless of what anyone says about eating 6 small meals. That spikes your insulin all day. Stick to three healthy meals and don't eat in between. Allow yourself a cheat on Sundays and do some kind of exercise that gets your heart rate elevated. Walking doesn't cut it. Good luck. You can do it. [/quote]
