The oldest Baby Boomers have hit retirement age. What many don't know is that each MCPS school has to adhere to a certain budget. It's also true that  sometimes experienced and good teachers are targeted if the principal does not have  their back. New graduates have some kind of open contract until they get a permanant placement.
