This PP nails it exactly though. There are anecdotes on both sides. So yes, absolutely, there is some hope, though I would not hold on to it to the exclusion of reality. I would personally want to miscarry naturally (obviously within reason) rather than have a D&C, but everyone is different. [/quote]
