How old would he have been in 2007? Any additional info on the conviction? The description of the offense sounds like it could cover a HUGE range of actions and circumstances. Are you sure you have the right person? Does the registry include mugshots or just addresses? More than one person could live at the offender's address. If your kids go to a different school then you should really limit your action to calling the police and checking with them if he should be allowed to pick his kids up from school.[/quote]
