It's good enough, and when I say that I mean that the things that are good are for us, very very good.  We will be happy here for a long time.

Another suggestion: ONCE YOU COMMIT, STOP LOOKING.  For the love of god, stop looking.  No good can come of it.  Trust me.  :)[/quote]
