I just wanted to follow up now that's have tried two places. Tranquil Space Saturday class: well organized (movements seemed to flow well) and relaxing. The space is great, love a few sips of tea. Anne was welcoming and helpful. Most women were way more pregnant than me. Also not the most friendly bunch, but whatever. I plan on making this a regular part of my Saturday routine. I might try wednesday night soon enough. Yoga District Tuesday evening class: much more intimate, only three other women. Welcoming, more difficult poses than Tranquil Space. I very much enjoyed it and meeting the other lovely women. Only negative is how loud 14th street is, but I am not really a calm/peaceful person so to me, it wasn't prohibiting my relaxation. I also plan on doing this class regularly. Note this class is moving to 6pm starting next week (a good thing for me, but I am sure others won't agree). That's all for the recommendations - I am definitely happy to be starting this practice regularly at this point - I have the energy and see how it would be difficult to start if you were later (20+ weeks) just in terms of learning to adapt. I am enjoying finding a 'work out' that doesn't worry me!
