[/quote] All of us work with successful adults who have been to a mix of ivies, state colleges, and colleges you never heard of. We all know that performance isn't directly linked to the name on your diploma. We've also seen that the happiness of our coworkers and neighbors isn't directly linked to the name on the diploma, either. Unless you're a hermit, I don't know how a person could miss this.[/quote]
