Look in the area north of Nebraska/east of Connecticut/south of Military/west of Nevada. Lots of semi-attached 3BR/2BA there (if anyone lists!); the neighborhood is very walkable and in Murch, which is a wonderful school. [/quote]

This. A house recently sold in this area for under 800k and it was a detached house on a quiet street. They are out there but you need to move quickly. This house sold the first weekend it was put up for sale. [/quote]

I actually live very close to this house (assuming we are talking about the same one) and this area is actually a pretty good location.  Less than a mile to 2 metros, about a mile to a third metro; 2 close bus routes that you can take to the metros if you want; restaurants/shops in two clusters that you can walk to; good school district (and walkable to the elementary school, as well as pretty walkable to Deal and Wilson).  If another house gets put up I would highly recommend considering it!  [/quote]
