The "Chevy Chase" - We're quite proud of this model.  From the outside, it looks like a modest bungalow, but below there's an extended build-out of a vintage basement from 1917.  Plenty of room for storage; like a Cicada, you need only emerge once every 17 years, declare that you don't like what's been happening above-ground in your neighborhood, and head back below for the next decade to work on that freelance piece for the Atlantic.  A man-cave for the cave-dweller in us all.

The "Pimmit Hills" - This is a twist on a local favorite.  We've hired an actual architect to design this new home, which apparently has only happened once or twice in this model's namesake neighborhood since 1954.  We guarantee you'll never want to tear down this beauty.

The "McLean" - This large and spacious home is conveniently located within walking distance of "downtown McLean."   P.S. - Since there's not really any such thing as "downtown McLean," we've been able to build about 200 of this model without anyone quite figuring that they've just paid over $1.5 million to be near a 7-11 and a gas station.

The "Bethesda" - Yes, we've saved the best for last.  This model is conveniently perched high on a hill, from which you can conveniently look down upon (oops, at) your neighbors and quickly repel anyone from Silver Spring who would dare compare themselves to you.
