Many of the 1st year families were from Adams Morgan so the location in Dupont and Columbia Heights was very desireable. It aligned with Green as they walked or biked to school. These families will not be walking or biking to NoMa - but maybe they will carpool as their kids are a little older and they will be in booster seats as opposed to carseats. Or maybe they will metro or bus or maybe they will go somewhere else. As a datapoint, when CapCity and Stokes moved from Columbia Heights, most of the families followed along.[/quote]
