[/quote] I'm a therapist and basically agree with this. The issue is how much the anxiety is getting in the way of you living your life normally. If this is truly debilitating, or if it is part of a larger pattern of exaggerated worry that you regularly experience, then it's time for therapy. If you move past this on your own then I'd say therapy might help but may not be as essential. If this just happened I'd give myself a few days to see how things go. [/quote]
