The cost of living is so high in DC. With student loans (as the OP explained she has) and the exorbitant rent in this region, it's hard to save money. I'm also getting tired of this "well, you think you have it bad, ..." Why can't people just have empathy? The OP is frustrated because she's trying to find a job in what should be a fairly solid field (she took out loans to get an education in that field), and she's frustrated. Why can't people be supportive sometimes and give words of encouragement? There's no indication from her post that she lived like she made 300k. [/quote]
