Wow, not the PP but can you point me in the direction that shows this fact? A vast, vast majority isn't an actual fact, it is your opinion. I would like to see the info on this. I volunteer in my children's school all the time and I have seen the ESOL classes and they are all hispanic kids with maybe 1-2 asian or middle eastern children. I don't believe this vast statement. I can also tell that most of the ESOL kids are also on FARMS eating breakfast every morning. And if you say that natural US born citizens include anchor babies, well that isn't natural. It is an illegal immigrant coming here to pop a baby out to reap the benefits from your tax dollars.
No, I do not have documentation. This information was given to ESOL teachers at a county-wide meeting, showing our students countries of origin. About 75-85% were born in the US. Whether you consider that "vast" is a matter of opinion. The ethnic makeup of one ESOL class has little to do with where the students were born. Everyone in that class could likely be a natural born citizen. You may not be aware of it, but Hispanic and Asian kids are born in this country too. A natural-born citizen is someone who was born in this country, thus a citizen by birth. A naturalized citizen is one was born elsewhere and became a citizen. Again, deciding whether or not you consider it "natural" is another matter of opinion, but frankly, your opinion doesn't matter. "Anchor baby" or not, according to the law, they are as American as you are. Unless you were born someplace else... then they might be more American.
What a pleasure knowing that xenophobes volunteer in the schools. Well Missy, bet you're clueless about the makeup of the illegal immigrant population that you think suckle off your massive teats. How about a little pop quiz? What percentage of illegal immigrants living in the US crossed into the US illegally? Come on, give it a whirl! Hint...it's not 100%. Not even close.
