Beef Jerlky maker here. I did not know there was such a thing as an artisanal jerky maker! I guess that since the economy is tanking here, i might be able to convince people to buy my jerky. However, I do not live in the district. So there is probably no market for such nonsense out here. To be honest, I try to eat low carb and jerky is a great snack. I find what is in the store suspect so I learned how to make my own, which BTW in insanely easy with the dehydrator. I'll have to read that thread, seems amusing![/quote]
