They thought they were the smart ones, of well. [/quote] +2 or 3 - we purchased in 2021 because that was the first time it made sense for our family to "settle down". The amount of people who even back then who were scared AF due to covid/economy were quite prominent. Bleeding heart liberal here so nothing to do with politics, just sharing why being chicken little and screaming the sky is falling all the time aren't always the best investment choices. [/quote]
