I don't remember the exact details and hours and was just throwing out numbers for illustrative purposes. But if I recall correctly, they said they were hoping that they got to stay through lunchtime at the school. Because if they did that, then they'd have enough hours to be paid for a full days work, regardless of what time they actually finish the day afterwards. And as mentioned this was a while back too. So am not sure if things changed or I might have even understood or remembered correctly. But also exactly, like a couple of posters expressed interest in it, a lot of the people who I knew were subs, were retirees who did it partially for the flexibility.[/quote]
