No — they have a crack team of forensic IT specialists closely analyzing badge swipes and comparing to time cards. Then they go through the lengthy and time consuming bureaucratic process of disciplining anyone who’s flagged with a discrepancy.

I don’t know about a crack team but we were told they are comparing badge swipes to hours entered and location. We have a very small bank of TW hours and location is being tracked to make sure we’re in and not TW if we didn’t charge to TW hours.
