They only did really strong calf massages that hurt while they were doing them. It got rid of the pf. As far as cardio - when I was in the midst of the pf, I bought a soul cycle bike for home. It did t aggravate the pf at all, and I tried to make an effort to push my heels down to stretch my calves further while on the bike [/quote]
