This. Likely they are already doing this and that's why she knows that Hollister and Aerie are popular brands. Kids talk about brands a lot, like way more than adults, because it's all new to them and they are trying to understand how clothes and shopping work. They will literally say things to each other like "I love my Hollister sweatshirt, it's my favorite, I only wear my Old navy sweatshirt if the Hollister sweatshirt is dirty." So they know.[/quote]
