Yep. Private Equity running wild.  I refuse to even try them. The one by me is always empty, I can't imagine they would be able to pay rent without major backing. I fully expect them to pull a Foxtrot where they just fire all their employees on the spot and completely abandon the market within hours after wildly overexpanding. [/quote]
