We could talk about groups and cupcakes all day, along with drawing lines between circles, but it didn't help my 8 year old to look at 150/5 and know how to solve. He still had to be taught 150/5 = 30 and have that explained again, and have drills of multiple division problems written in standard algo.[/quote]
