That’s a legit concern, if the case, and if so, you need to have a conversation with your supervisor about that, understand why you weren’t promoted, and what is the path to your promotion. [/quote]

+1 There's no reason to take this personally. It's not uncommon for a company to re-evaluate the current structure and make adjustments to get things leveled out. [/quote]
