Therefore, if it is not published, or MCPS and teachers or even parents do not instruct the students to study of prepare for upcoming tests, quizzes, exams (standardized or non standardized) then by implication ... no explicit direction then no studying or preparation?  Does this hold true for going to the bathroom?  Should our kids wait for the announcement or implication?
