He's leaving end of this SY for Champaign, IL as their new superindendent.
Would love to know what his staff at Gatehouse think of his departure.

Principals like Ms. Vroman. She’s smart and doesn’t have an ego that gets in the way of doing good work. Hopefully she can push back against the superintendent in this new role. Everything feels very top-down and at the whim of Reid. Some healthy pushback and collaboration at Gatehouse would go a long way. [/quote]

Unfortunately everyone has learned not to push back against Reid because that will get you pushed out. She argues like a petulant child and gets what she wants. Everyone in leadership is afraid of her or at least afraid of speaking up.[/quote]
