OP you’ve gotten good advice up until this one. If you mean to get there at 8, it’ll be 20-25 mins. If you mean to leave your house at 8, it’ll be 25-30 mins. If you left at 7, it would be 20 mins max, usually left. For going home, go earlier or later than typical rush hour. My kids have a similar commute for school. They leave at 7:10 and it’s consistently less than 20 mins. If I have an 8:30 meeting at their school, it’s getting painful. If I have a 9am at their school, I leave the same time as for an 8:30.
