People don't realize how much water they get from food. The other thing about rapid weight loss is you'll lose muscle mass too. It's not a good idea. Just no, none of this is a good idea. Please do not try to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. Please do not suddenly engage in extreme fasting. And even if it wasn't a health issue, you also would basically have to sacrifice being a functional human being for 2 weeks. Totally and completely miserable. Don't do it.[/quote]
