Also talking to a former postal worker, they said if a car is blocking a mailbox, the postal worker is not required to deliver mail to that house when talking about someone having issues with their neighbors blocking their mailbox.

So OP does have every right to call the police non emergency number and maybe request the car to get towed.

But these are people you'll have to see every day.  And if the OP's family is able to put up with the inconvenience for the next week or two maybe just let the neighbors know and see if it happens again.  I would take pictures for evidence, in case it becomes a reoccuring issue.[/quote]
