The enrollment may be lower than at most FCPS high schools, at least for now, but at other schools there are more kids who are unfamiliar with the various VHSL sports or who have to work after-school jobs or watch younger siblings. False, because you have to adjust for the likelihood of kids trying out.

For example, Madison is smaller than Langley but it’s harder to make a team because it’s a very sports-oriented community. Justice is bigger than Langley but it’s easier to make a team because more kids are working after school or have other responsibilities.

Langley may have a smaller enrollment than most schools but the kids are more likely to have done travel sports and less likely to have other responsibilities outside of school. [/quote]
